Which course do I need to take?
Individuals filing for bankruptcy must complete both the Pre-filing Credit Counseling Course and the Post-filing Debtor Education Course. The Credit Counseling Course must be completed before filing, and the Debtor Education Course must be completed after filing. Both courses may be taken online.
